In 2009, I founded East Pointe Search Group, Inc. (EPSG) to fulfill a need for a local staffing and recruiting firm focused on Direct Hire placement.   EPSG is a contingency fee service, so no fee to the client (employer) until and unless it chooses to hire a candidate presented by EPSG.

EPSG, Inc. helps small businesses recruit and hire top talentLocated in Berks County, our goal is to earn your trust and be your local resource for finding qualified employment candidates.

Savings!  One of EPSG’s goals is show the value of utilizing our professional placement service and save businesses money.  The expense for a company to recruit on its own can be very costly.  Consider the time and money spent by management and support staff to create ads, pay for ads, review resumes, pre-screen candidates, respond to all resumes and calls; AND with no guarantee of a hire.

Concentration is also given to working directly with candidates to place them in long-term, rewarding careers.  We learn what is important to the candidate to ensure job and career satisfaction.

Many items demand your attention...partnering with EPSG to assist with your search for top talent will provide peace of mind as we focus on recruiting all day, every day.

Being able to help others has always been important to me and it is part of who I am. With Edward Jones, we implement our established process approach to help ensure our clients receive the appropriate recommendations related to their goals, stages in life and risk tolerances. Our first goal is to build a relationship and understand you and your goals. At Edward Jones, we offer investment services and the tools that our clients need to achieve their future financial goals. We work closely with your CPAs, attorneys and any other professionals you work with to help you determine the most effective and efficient strategy for yourself and your family.

On a personal note, my wife, Caitlin, and I married in November 2020. We have a 2-year-old little girl and a 5-year-old German Shepherd. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching soccer on Saturday mornings, woodworking, golfing, working out and reading in my spare time. I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in sports management and minor in finance.

My work experience has taken me all over the United States, as well as internationally, as I followed my childhood dream of playing professional baseball. I was part of the Texas Rangers, New York Yankees, Minnesota Twins, Pittsburgh Pirates and Lancaster Barnstormers organizations. Upon retiring from baseball, I worked with Northwestern Mutual before joining Edward Jones.

Our branch team consists of two Senior Branch Office Administrators, Janine Riley and Amanda Hofmann. Their dedication to serving and helping you along the way to achieve your goals is their priority.

At Edward Jones, we focus on you, the client. We believe relationships are crucial and meeting new faces and building these relationships is what we love. If you have any questions, I encourage you to reach out to our office.
