Union Community Care is a
Federally Qualified Health Center that provides medical care, urgent care, school-based
health care, dental care, behavioral health, social support, and pharmacy
services throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. Their purpose is to spark
equity through patient-led healthcare that welcomes and strengthens communities
by integrating body, mind, and heart.
