Wellness Wednesday Hosted by UPMC Lititz

Please join us for an insightful presentation on the importance of sleep On Wednesday, February 12th - Noon to 1pm.    

Sleep Like a Tiger. Did you know that tigers sleep nearly 16 hours a day? Their sleep helps them conserve energy and gather their food.    

Sleep is vital for human health on many levels. A good night’s sleep can positively affect your cardiovascular system, immune system, increase focus and awareness, improve your mood, and much more. Conversely, a poor night’s sleep can have the opposite effects.    

Learn what happens to your body when you don’t get enough sleep and discover ways to improve your sleep quality.
