My joy is educating and guiding others through the largest purchase they will ever make. My clients are of utmost importance to me and I believe that establishing relationships with them allows them to feel confident through the process. I am a Realtor, and it is not a job when you love what you do!

Hello, I'm Shawn Miller, deeply rooted in Lancaster County. Currently residing in Manheim Township with my family, I am well-acquainted with all townships in the county.

With a business degree and a strong connection to Lancaster, I am equipped to guide you seamlessly through every aspect of your real estate transaction. Choosing to work with me means having a dedicated point of contact overseeing showings, paperwork, negotiations, scheduling, and communication with all parties involved. We will navigate the process step by step, aiming to find your perfect home.

My professional journey includes diverse experiences, starting as a cabinet installer. I gained expertise in kitchen and bath remodeling, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and flooring. Additional experiences include working on a paving crew, contributing to summer camps with maintenance tasks, and serving as a Lancaster County Deputy Sheriff for a decade. Since 2015, I've been a realtor, actively buying and selling homes in the Lancaster area. I look forward to assisting both buyers and sellers, leveraging my skills to simplify the real estate process and provide every advantage.

CHANGING PERSPECTIVES. CHANGING LIVES. For more than 40 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As the largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), in communities across Cumberland, Dauphin, Lebanon, Lancaster and Perry Counties. We are also extending our reach into York and Adams Counties. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.

Vision: All youth achieve their full potential.

Mission: Create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

Accountability: by partnering with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community we are accountable for each child in our program achieving:

Higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships
Avoidance of risky behaviors
Educational success

Our Programs Start Something. Here’s the proof. Research has shown that positive relationships between Littles and their Bigs have a direct and measurable impact on children’s lives. By participating in our programs, Little Brothers and Sisters are:

TRANSFORMING FOOD SURPLUS INTO COMMUNITY IMPACT

Blessings of Hope is a nonprofit organization committed to addressing today’s global food crisis through dedicated food distribution efforts. Large corporations can efficiently donate food through Blessings of Hope to give back to the community and people in need.

Our ability to process and distribute the equivalent of 1.8 million meals each month empowers regional ministries, churches, disaster relief organizations, and food banks to serve their local communities by feeding the hungry and sharing the love of Jesus.

OUR MISSION

Empowering ministries to bring Hope to their communities by bridging the gap between food surplus and people in need.
