In 2009, I founded East Pointe Search Group, Inc. (EPSG) to fulfill a need for a local staffing and recruiting firm focused on Direct Hire placement.   EPSG is a contingency fee service, so no fee to the client (employer) until and unless it chooses to hire a candidate presented by EPSG.

Sayhii is a human resources platform that connects the employer to their employees while giving a voice to each and every employee. By answering 1 question per day sayhii takes the traditional employee survey and "flips it on its head" by engaging employees on a daily basis. As a result the organization has a "pulse" on how employees are doing in regards to trust, bandwidth, and work-life balance. Once a month each employee receives an activation report giving insight into how things are going and ways they can improve as a worker and individual. Every six months the leadership team receives a detailed and comprehensive report on the organization as a whole without knowing how each employee responded to their daily questions.
